## The five trial tests

1. **Build your actual onboarding** — time how long it takes. That's your
   per-client setup cost forever.
2. **Complete it yourself on your phone**, as the client.
3. **Check what the client sees:** branding, account walls, confusing steps.
4. **Stall on purpose halfway through** — what does the reminder experience
   look like?
5. **Check the dashboard:** can you tell in five seconds who's stuck on what?

## Price sanity check

- Tools for freelancers/small agencies cluster at $19–79/month
- Compare against: subscriptions it replaces + hours of glue work it removes
- Watch per-user pricing if you're a team — the math changes at five seats

sequence, visible progress, automatic follow-up — get those four however
you can.
