Acceptable Use Policy

What you may and may not do with the service.

Last updated:

1.Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out what you may and may not do when using Onvoy. It forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to you and to anyone who accesses the Service through your account, including your end-clients. If any term here conflicts with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service prevail.

2.Prohibited content

You must not use the Service to create, upload, store, or share content that:

  • is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, or threatening;
  • infringes the intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights of any person;
  • is sexually exploitative of minors, or promotes violence, terrorism, or discrimination;
  • contains malware, or is designed to disrupt or damage systems or data;
  • contains personal data you have no lawful basis to collect or share; or
  • is otherwise prohibited by applicable law or by this AUP.

3.Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages, or in breach of anti-spam or marketing laws;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems, or probe, scan, or test their vulnerability without our written permission;
  • interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including denial-of-service activity or excessive automated requests;
  • circumvent usage limits, access controls, or billing; or resell or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted;
  • reverse engineer or copy the Service except where this restriction is prohibited by law;
  • use the Service to build a competing product, or to scrape or harvest data without authorisation; or
  • use the Service in a way that exposes us or other users to legal liability or harm.

4.Your responsibility

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for your end-clients’ use of the portals you create. You must ensure that your use of the Service, and the content you collect, complies with applicable law — including data-protection law, for which you act as the controller (see our Data Processing Agreement).

5.Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP. Where reasonably necessary and, where practicable, with notice, we may remove or disable access to offending content, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, as set out in our Terms of Service. We may act immediately and without prior notice where there is a risk of harm, legal liability, or where the law requires it.

6.Reporting abuse

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to [support@onvoy.app].
