Refund & Cancellation Policy

Billing, cancellations, and the consumer right of withdrawal.

Last updated:

1.Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for paid subscriptions to Onvoy, and your rights if you are a consumer. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

2.Subscriptions and renewals

Paid plans are sold as recurring subscriptions billed monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you choose. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. Our free plan is, and remains, free.

3.How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings (managed through our payment provider, Stripe) or by emailing [support@onvoy.app]. When you cancel:

  • your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period;
  • you will not be charged for the next period; and
  • we do not provide pro-rata refunds for the unused part of a paid period that has already started, except where required by law or stated in this Policy.

4.Consumer right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer in the EU (including Croatia), you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason, under the Croatian Consumer Protection Act and the EU Consumer Rights Directive. The period runs from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise this right, send a clear statement of your decision to withdraw to [support@onvoy.app] before the 14-day period ends (you may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory). We will confirm receipt and refund all payments received from you without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision, using the same payment method you used, at no cost to you.

Important: digital services started during the 14 days

Onvoy is a digital service. If you ask us to start providing the service during the 14-day period (for example by using a paid feature immediately) and you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, then:

  • you lose the right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed; and
  • if you withdraw while the service is only partly performed, you must pay an amount proportionate to what has been provided up to that point.

We ask for this request and acknowledgement at the point of purchase where applicable. If you did not make such a request, your full 14-day right of withdrawal continues to apply.

5.Model withdrawal form

You may, but do not have to, use the following form to withdraw:

To: [Your full legal name — operator of Onvoy], [support@onvoy.app]

I/We hereby give notice that I/We withdraw from my/our contract for the supply of the following service: Onvoy subscription.

Ordered on / received on: ____________________

Name of consumer(s): ____________________

Address of consumer(s): ____________________

Date: ____________________

6.Business (B2B) customers

The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies to consumers and does not apply to subscriptions purchased for business or professional purposes. For business customers, fees are non-refundable except as required by mandatory law or as expressly agreed by us in writing.

7.Other refunds and goodwill

Outside the cases above, refunds are at our discretion. We may, for example, offer a refund or credit if the Service was materially unavailable due to our fault for a sustained period, or in other fair-resolution scenarios. Nothing in this Policy limits your statutory rights, including any statutory guarantee of conformity for the service.

8.How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the refund to appear. We do not charge a fee for processing refunds.

9.Failed payments and downgrades

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend paid features until payment succeeds. You can downgrade to the free plan or a lower plan at any time; the change generally takes effect at the start of your next billing period, and applicable plan limits will apply from then.

10.Contact

For any billing or refund question, contact [support@onvoy.app]. If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve a dispute directly, you may use the options described in our Terms of Service and Legal Notice.
