1.Our subprocessors
To provide Onvoy, we use a small number of trusted third-party providers (“subprocessors”) that may process personal data on our behalf. We carry out due diligence on each subprocessor and put in place data-processing terms and, where relevant, transfer safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses. This page supports our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
2.Current subprocessors
The table below lists the subprocessors we currently use. Some are only engaged if you use the related feature (for example, social sign-in or AI-assisted template generation).

Locations are indicative and depend on provider configuration and routing. Where a subprocessor processes data outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards under the GDPR, principally the Standard Contractual Clauses.
3.Changes and notifications
We may add or replace subprocessors as the Service evolves. Where you have a Data Processing Agreement with us, we will provide notice of intended changes to our subprocessors so that you have the opportunity to object on reasonable data-protection grounds, as described in that agreement.
